From Coffee to Craft Room: Spring Cards, Sales & an Udderly Cute Notebook

Grab your coffee and cancel your chores — we’re about to dive headfirst into florals, Spellbinders goodness, digital designs, and one udderly adorable notebook that might just steal the whole show.

If you need me, I’ll be over here with a hot cup of coffee in one hand and a glue bottle in the other… because today we are diving into all the crafty goodness.

This adorable little notebook is just the beginning. Isn’t she sweet? That soft pink polka dot background paired with the floral-crowned cow just makes my heart happy. I created the cover using digital files (because you all know how much I love a good printable moment), and honestly… I may never look at plain notebooks the same way again.

Creating a Custom Notebook Cover

One of my favorite things about working with digital files is the freedom. Resize it. Layer it. Add text. Change the vibe. Print it. Done.

For this notebook, I combined super cute clip art with coordinating pattern paper, added the “Udderly Inspired” title (because obviously 😄), and printed it to size for the cover. Slip it in, spiral bind it, and suddenly you look wildly organized and creative at the same time. We love that for us.

And let’s be honest… a cute notebook makes you at least 47% more productive. That’s just science.

Sweet Springtime Card – Featuring Spellbinders

Now let’s talk about the Spring card!

I pulled out some lovely Spellbinders products from the February monthly subscription for the Stamp & Die of the month, and the embossing folder of the month. and layered up a soft, fresh design that just whispers, “Winter, you may go now.” There’s something about die-cut layers and delicate details that instantly feels like the first warm day after a long snowy season.

The detail in those embossed leaves is just stunning! Warm, buttery yellow- screams spring. And that adorable bunny…

Florals? Yes.
Dimension? Always.
Coffee nearby? Mandatory.

This card has that light, happy, new-season feel — perfect for Springtime, thinking-of-you notes, or just sending a little sunshine through the mail.

Digital collections are such a game-changer:

Products Used to Create the Udderly Inspired Notebook:

Whimsical Floral Highland Cows - Creative Fabrica

20 Digital Paper Backgrounds - Creative Fabrica

Wire Binding Coils - Amazon

Punch & Binding Tool - Amazon

Epson Echo Tank Printer - Amazon

The Notebook Title was chosen text that I just added using Adobe Express ( where I do all of my digital edits and layouts)- I typed in the text, added a rectangle box behind and added a edge effect to the rectangle. Super easy program to create with.

Creating a Key Charm (Coming Next)

Yes. We made accessories. Because why stop at paper?

I created a sweet little beaded key charm to match the notebook — just a few coordinating beads, a charm, and suddenly your notebook is dressed better than you are. It’s such a simple project but adds the cutest finishing touch.

So today’s theme is simple:
Create the card.
Decorate the notebook.
Make the charm.
Watch for the sales.
Drink the coffee.

Repeat as necessary.

I’ll pop all the product links, details, and resources below so you can recreate any (or all!) of these projects. Let me know which one you’re most excited to try — the card, the notebook, or the charm?

Until next time… stay crafty and stay udderly inspired
