This quirky rooster never fails to create a fun and amuzing card!
This rooster or any of the roosters in the Hey Chuck bundle provide us with a creative challenge that allows us to leave our focal image with a subtle,
mediocre, or an extremely vibrant outcome.
This layout for instance could be colored to look very monochromatic, in that the rooster image ( fence & ground ) would all be done in a Pecan Pie type color blend that would match up with the Glorious Gingham designer paper and the Pecan Pie cardstock that makes the card base.
**Monochromatic is a color scheme based on only one, single color tint.
This card could also be created using more factual or true to life colors for the rooster. So, similar to the average rooster found in a barnyard, though this rooster certainly doesn't look like your average barnyard rooster!
If you want to take a walk on the wild side and really let your creative process come to life, then you could use very vivid and unconventional colors for this rooster! And why not... he's a very wild and crazy looking kinda rooster!?
So let your markers, pencil crayons or water colors work some magic with this rooster image when creating this card. The tutorial is one of the tutorials that will be going out to email subscribers this week, along with some other cool info!
** Challenge - Print out the tutorial, grab your markers and let your
creativity run wild... email me your card photos. I'd love to feature
some works of art in a future post!
I think we'll do a random draw from the participants for a "giveaway"!!
