Fresh As A Daisy Fun Fold Card - Not the 5 Minute Version

This beautiful card is the same layout as yesterday's 5 Minute Monday card, however this version definitely did not take 5 Minutes.

I used the new Fresh As a Daisy Suite of products. The beautifully detailed dies allow for some serious flower detailing which I chose to showcase on this card.

There are stamps and dies in the suite to simply stamp, color ( or not color ), and cut out the simple daisy flowers.
This set has many options for creating beautiful cards.

The paper - well you are either going to love, hate it, or possibly learn to love it!
It highlights many of the new colors that have come in with the new catalog.

First glance at the paper, I'm not going to lie, I did not like it. Now that I have seen in it person, I've warmed up to it, and can see the possibilities for some really pretty crafting with it.

The above card, followed the same measurement layouts.  The cardstock color is Pebbled Path.  The Daisies were die cut from the Fresh a Daisy Suite and layered in 3 different layers.

The top layer of the daisy was blended with a bit of Pebbled Path ink to create a bit of shadow.
I love this New Color - Pebbled Path. It's a refreshing mix of brown and gray tones.

The middle layer is a simply the shape of the daisy petals. The 3rd layer is actually cut from the Pebbled Path Cardstock and and is a 1 piece Die in the Fresh As a Daisy dies. The leaves were cut in Garden Green Cardstock. The little sprigs of greenery were die cut with Basic White Cardstock and colored using Soft Seafoam Stampin' Blends markers. The ribbon was also Soft Seafoam ( probably not available any longer ).

The sentiment "Oops a Daisy" is included in the Fresh As a Daisy Stamp Set.
I added a touch of Wink of Stella to the petals of the daisies.

I didn't use any gems or rhinestones on this card since I felt it already had enough visual interest on the card front.  You could certainly add some if you wish.

The inside card panel has a 1 x 5 1/4 strip of the same designer series paper on the right edge of the Basic White layer.
The inside sentiment was from a retired Stampin' Up set - Bragworthy ( I use it a lot because I love it's humorous sentiments).

Be sure to stop back and have a peek for more of Fresh as a Daisy cards coming up this week!

I hope you are having an amazing day, and that this card leaves you with a little creative inspiration!
