5 Minute Monday ~ Beautifully Happy

Today's 5 Minute Monday tutorial comes in 3 stages and features this Beautifully Happy stamp set available FREE during Sale a-bration.
Tomorrow, February 28th is the last day to grab this stamp set!!
There are so many cards I created using stamp sets from Sale a-bration that I didn't even get a chance to feature them all. However, I just could not let this beautiful stamp set go away without featuring a card from it.

I absolutely love the this stamp set. It's so easy to work with.
No coloring ~ the Beautifully Happy stamp set is a 2 step stamp. There are stamps that stamp the outside image and then fill in stamps that do exactly that fill in the leaf spaces or the flowers, allowing the flower to come together so easily!

The greetings are beautiful and I love the ink splatter stamp and the tiny little bee.

This tutorial also has 3 different versions... so you will want to be sure to try them all!

All of the cards show case the Country Gingham designer paper.
If you're looking for an amazingly versatile set of pattern paper, the Country Gingham 6" x 6"  Designer Series Paper is it!
The first card is the 5 Minute version and was created using Petal Pink.

Petal Pink Cardstock - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
Scored @ 4 1/4

Basic White Cardstock - 4 x 5 1/4
*** Use the scalloped edge from the Scalloped Contour Dies to cut an edge on the Basic White Layer about an inch from the right edge.

Stamp the outlined flower image as pictured on the Basic White Layer. Use the fill in stamps to complete the flower.
I used Old Olive ink for the greens.
I used a little Wink of Stella on the larger flower.

Stamp the bee in desired position.
I just used Stampin Blends markers to color the bee and added a touch of Wink of Stella to the wings.

Stamp an ink splatter on each side of the flower.

Stamp the desired greeting on the bottom right corner of the Basic White Layer

Attach the DSP to the right side of the card front.
Attach the Basic White Layer to the card front.

Add a few gems or rhinestones for a little added interest.

For the card inside:

On a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Basic White cardstock, stamp the smaller flower from the stamp set in the bottom right corner.
Stamp a little ink splatter above the flower.
Stamp the desired sentiment and attach to the card inside.

I stamped an envelope front and back with the ink splatter and the bee.

That's it! It took me longer to type out the instructions than it did to create the card!

You will love it and so will the recipient!!

The 2nd card features a Balmy Blue flower and coordinating Country Gingham designer paper.
Follow the same steps as above for this card *** except stamp the flower image on a separate piece of Basic White cardstock and then just fussy cut it out.
Using dimensionals on the back of the flower image attach it in the same placement on the card front.
The 3rd card is literally just stepped up a little more!
Follow the same steps as card *** except also attach the scalloped section to the card front using dimensionals.
I also used the White Seam Binding ribbon to tie a bow and attached that at the base of the flower stem.

I used a Dragonfly Trinket instead of the bee on this version.
However there is a card below that shows the bee with this color choice.

No matter which version you choose the card turns out beautiful!

I hope you enjoy today's 5 Minute Monday and that it leaves you with some creative inspiration.
