I created this card back in May to promote the Sweet Songbirds Bundle. It was quite a hit.. I'm sure folks were "tweeting" about it everywhere!
The tutorial for this card first went out as an exclusive tutorial for my Paper Adventures subscribers. Since that time I have received well into 4000 requests for the tutorial.
It seemed it was easier for me to add the tutorial for everyone at this point, rather than continuing to email individual copies to each person.
However, from first glance at the Perched in a Tree Bundle when it was released in the Holiday Mini Catalogue, left me wanted to recreate the card using that bundle.
It was on my "To Do" list... and finally I managed to get that far down the very long list!
So this is the revised edition of the Birdhouse Card Tutorial.
I really like how it turned out. The first edition was extremely cute with the little songbird on it, and this one just seems well...like the grown up version.
