5 Minute Monday ~ on Wednesday!

5 Minute Monday ~  and it's Wednesday!

My gosh, it's been a crazy week! Hence why 5 Minute Monday is coming to you on Wednesday!

(Don't worry Fun Fold Friday is all ready set to post!)

5 Minute Monday is an age old card technique that was actually taught way back in public school. It's classic, extremely quick & easy.

Yet very effective!

It makes a beautiful birthday card!

I did feature the Sunshine & Rainbows designer series paper on this card as a gentle reminder that Sale a-bration has less than 2 weeks left. So if you want to get this awesome paper for free, time is running out!
Other than that, any ribbon, and greeting will do! Use what you have in your stash.

Sunshine & Rainbows designer series paper is so happy and fun.  Just imagine all of the amazing cards you can create with this free paper.

I also created these cards using a few other designer series papers, adding some different ribbon and also a horizontal layout.

For these cards I used

Card Cutting Measurements:
Card base 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
Score @ 4 1/4
DSP 5 x 3 3/4
Basic White Cardstock 4 x 5 1/4
Ribbon
Scrap of basic white to cut a tag ( I die cut one, or you can just fashion one up with your trimmer or scissors )
Gems or Rhinestones

Instructions:
Cut card pieces. Wrap ribbon horizontally and vertically around the DSP piece as pictured. Tie a bow. Fasten ribbon and bow with a glue dot. Attach dimensionals to the back of the DSP piece. Attach centered to front of card base. Cut & stamp the tag.  Attach to desired placement on card front.
Stamp and adhere basic white piece to the card inside. Add a few gems or rhinestones!
And.... just like that....
A beautiful card to send to someone you love!
